I’ve had the privilege over the past two years to work with Mr. Michael Tatsis with Procomm Cleaning.

I had first tested out his cleaning services on my vacant light industrial units in the portfolio I managed at that time with Skyline Commercial Management Inc., as their Regional Director.

Procomm was assigned several units ranging from 2,500 square feet to 8,000 square where the cleaning services included post construction public washrooms, floor/wall ceramics and decal removal from windows.

The attention to detail and the extra effort taken to clean up was above was very satisfactory to excellent. I referred Procom to several of my commercial tenants and they have hired and signed on longer term cleaning contracts with Mr. Tatsis as they in turn have also referred Procom to their clients.

His pricing has saved 18% from my common area maintenance charges from the previous cleaning contract and a high 98% tenant satisfaction of customer services and quality of work.
